INSECURE CONGRESS PARTY.

This insecure Party which claims to be the one which made the maximum sacrifices before and after Independence needs ALL crucial positions to be manned by their flunkeys right from the President of India downwards. This Election Commissioner Chawla fellow is a known Congress insider and his role is a doubtful one and his partisanship is known to the nation since long.

With a false sense of bravado the Congress has recently made the announcement that there is no UPA at the Centre for the elections but only local adjustments. This is a ploy to tell the people that it is avoiding a Khichri Sarkar (a mishmash of diverse elements) and is making a bid for power on its own like in the past when Nehru or his daughter used to go for elections. At the same time the Party is keeping its doors wide open for last minute indiscriminate defections from other outfits in case it is far away from the half-way mark after the general election results are in. It could include the Left again (watch what Pranab Mukherji is up to in West Bengal),the DMK, Trinamool, NCP and could include even breaking away a chunk of earlier opportunistic defectors from the BJP(those who are not original Sangh Parivar members)to cobble a majority.

By going in for an understanding with parties centrally now will bind the Congress to only those who are part of the UPA and cause complications to invite those who were originally not taken on board and abused during election campaigns. By declaring that it is going out alone at the central level the Party is also telling potential allies of its seriousness to form the next government as well as to stop trying to blackmail it into bargaining for higher number of seats at its cost.
