ON CONVERSIONS TO “CHURCHIANITY”.
All Christians do not convert others. In India this has become a big money making racket with some greedy NGOs sucking money out of the wealthy but guilt ridden Christians abroad by showing them dismal pictures of poor people living in dire straits in India. As this money is in dollars it works out to huge sums that not only keeps these Indian parasites in luxury but they also keep the politicians and bureaucracy happy through generous cuts, from the loot apart from helping the anti-national politicians making another vote bank out of those who are against joining the mainstream.
In India it is a privilege to be labeled as a minority, so much so that even many Sikhs, Jains and Buddhists today aggressively demand this status despite enjoying the reservations policy which to begin with was introduced for the uplift of so-called “untouchables” in Hindu society! Due to this same paying separatist tendency for being counted out of Hindu society, Swami Vivekananda had said that when we convert a Hindu to another religion we not only have a Hindu less but have an enemy more.
It is known that Christ himself had spent many years in Ladakh region of India learning from great masters of the East till he went back to Galilee/Jerusalem to preach his gospel when he was 30 years old. There is a big gap in Jesus’ life before this till he reappears at this period. Christ was such a benign and humble person yet his many Churches today are carrying out atrocities in his name. The fault lies with the Church and not with Christ or Christianity.
Just see what immoral priests are up to all over today indulging in orgies, sexual peccadilloes, pedophilia, stealing the church’s wealth etc., "Men never do evil so completely and cheerfully as when they do it for religion" said Blaise Pascal(French Philosopher).George Bernard Shaw had said that when we convert a barber to Christianity we don't Christianize the barber but barbarize Christianity. Bill Clinton and Gandhiji were also vehemently against conversions. Anyone can quickly check these out on the Internet or other sources after obtaining the links to their original texts.
How can the “conversionaries”, as opposed to missionaries of a religion promise Paradise to those whom they are converting to an alien faith when they themselves need to be saved from their own evil acts? If you do not believe in your religion, how can you expect others to do so? You can fool some people for sometime but not all or many as you may have wished. This itself proves that the conversion business is a crass money making racket and nothing else and it needs to exposed and stopped forthwith.
